MONDAY (studying with sean + imran)
Lunch- Espresso frappe and egg white wrap
Dinner- Salmon salad and 2 Yoplait yoghurts
Watching my weight and being super strict with myself about the tiniest things. Need to lose all the weight I've gained, which is about 3kg? Poly makes one FAT -_- Anyway.....
